By accessing or using Soar90 ("we", "our", or "the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Soar90 is a 30-60-90 day career onboarding tool that provides structured roadmaps, task tracking, milestone celebrations, a win log, AI-generated look-back reports, weekly check-ins, and daily email reminders to support your professional transition into a new role.

3. Pricing & Payment

Soar90 is offered as a one-time payment for lifetime access. The current launch price is $9.00 (regularly $19.99). Prices are subject to change at any time; any price change applies only to new purchases and does not affect existing customers. Payments are processed securely through Base44 Payments. We do not store your payment details.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your purchase, contact us at support@soar90.com for a full refund. After the 7-day window, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the app at any time, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it updated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • Use the app to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Soar90, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, task templates, and software, are the exclusive property of Soar90 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the app, such as tasks, reflections, and win log entries. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the app's features to you.

9. AI-Generated Content

The look-back reports and other AI-generated features are produced by automated systems based on your input. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before sharing it with others.

9A. Not Legal, HR, or Employment Advice

Soar90 is a self-guided career development and onboarding tool. It does not provide legal, human resources, or employment advice, and nothing in the app is a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney, your employer's HR department, or your employer's policies. Soar90 will not advise on matters of discrimination, harassment, disability accommodation, wages, pay, classification, leave, discipline, termination, or any other workplace-rights issue. Scripts, templates, check-ins, and guidance offered in the app are general suggestions only. Use of Soar90 does not create any attorney-client, employer-employee, or agency relationship between you and Soar90, and it does not change your employment status or the terms of any employment agreement you may have with your employer. For questions about your rights or situation, consult your employer's HR team or a licensed employment attorney.

9B. No Employment Relationship

Soar90 is a self-guided tool and is not your employer. Use of the app creates no employer-employee, agency, or partnership relationship between you and Soar90 or LBurry LLC. Nothing in the app changes your employment status, your at-will employment (where applicable), or the terms of any employment agreement, offer letter, or policy you have with your actual employer. Soar90 does not sponsor, endorse, or guarantee any employment, and any decisions about hiring, discipline, pay, promotion, or termination are made solely by your employer.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Soar90 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will achieve any specific result. Completion of the program or use of any features does not guarantee continued employment, promotion, or any specific employment outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soar90 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or career opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the app or other users.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and Soar90 agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the app shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
