We collect the following information:

  • Account information: Your name and email address when you register or sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.
  • Plan data: Job title, company name, start date, manager name, tasks, and reflection notes you enter.
  • Usage data: How you interact with the app, such as task completion status.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your personalized onboarding plan.
  • To track your task progress and reflections across the 30-60-90 day phases.
  • To provide customer support and improve the app.
  • To process one-time payments for app access.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our platform's servers. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information. Your plan and task data is only accessible to you and is not shared with other users.

5. Payment Information

You can purchase Soar90 one time. On iPhone and iPad, purchases are processed by Apple using Apple In-App Purchase within the app. On the web and on Android, purchases are processed by our payment provider, Base44 Payments, on a secure checkout page. We do not store your credit card or payment details. These are handled directly by Apple or our payment provider.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with the following third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the app:

  • Payment processor (Base44 Payments): When you make a purchase through our website, we send product and order details to our payment processor to create a checkout session. The processor collects your name, email, billing address, and payment details directly on their secure checkout page. We do not store or transmit your payment details.
  • Email service (via Base44): If you opt in to reminders, we use your email address, first name, day number, company name, and phase progress to send you motivational and milestone emails.
  • Apple In-App Purchase: For iPhone and iPad purchases, Apple processes your payment directly. We receive a transaction identifier so we can unlock your access, but we never see or store your payment details.
  • Google Play Developer API: For Android purchases, we send your purchase token and product ID to Google to verify that your purchase is valid.
  • Hosting platform (Base44): Your account information, plan data, tasks, and reflections are stored on our hosting provider's secure servers.

7. Your Rights

You can access, modify, or delete your plan data and account at any time from within the app's Settings page. You may also request full deletion of your account by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app with an updated revision date.
